Following RVO Health's acquisition of Healthgrades.com in August 2021, the Healthgrades editorial team required enhanced synchronization with RVO Health's design resources to effectively deliver high-quality content.
My Role and Contributions
Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitated collaboration among editors, designers, copy editors, SEO associates, and marketers to ensure cohesive delivery of design assets—including photography, illustrations, infographics, and web content—for the Healthgrades site.
Priority Asset Management: Developed and maintained a tracker to identify and prioritize "priority photo assets," enabling photo editors to focus on high-impact visuals that support the editorial team's publication goals.
Process Optimization: Streamlined workflows between editorial and design teams, enhancing efficiency in content production and ensuring alignment with Healthgrades' standards.
Outcomes
